Industrial Inspection
Close-range RGB and thermal inspection of critical infrastructure — without scaffolding, rope access, or production shutdowns.
Critical infrastructure deteriorates. The question is whether that deterioration is discovered on your terms or on the asset's. Traditional inspection methods — rope access, elevated work platforms, helicopter surveys — are slow to mobilise, expensive to deploy, and inherently limited in the resolution and coverage they can achieve safely.
Our industrial inspection service replaces those constraints with drone-borne high-resolution RGB and thermal cameras that can access any point on a structure at any angle, hovering precisely where the inspector needs to look. Power lines, substations, and transmission towers are patrolled at close range, capturing conductor condition, insulator integrity, and hardware corrosion that ground patrols miss entirely.
Industrial chimneys, storage tanks, and process vessels are inspected externally without shutdown, and — where safe and permitted — internally with specialised confined-space platforms. Every inspection concludes with a structured visual report: annotated findings, GPS-tagged defect locations, severity classification, and a maintenance priority ranking that gives asset owners and maintenance planners the evidence they need to act confidently. Historical data from repeat inspections builds a degradation baseline, enabling predictive maintenance scheduling that extends asset life and reduces unplanned downtime.
