Civil Works & Construction

Periodic aerial surveys that document progress, verify earthworks, and give project teams a shared visual record from groundbreaking to handover.

A construction project is a complex, time-sensitive sequence of interdependent activities — and the cost of discovering a deviation late is almost always an order of magnitude higher than catching it early. Our civil works and construction service provides the aerial visibility that project managers, site engineers, and clients need to stay ahead of problems rather than responding to them.

Periodic drone surveys, flown at agreed milestones or on a regular schedule, produce orthomosaics and 3D models that document current site conditions with photogrammetric precision. These are compared against approved drawings and BIM models to identify discrepancies in earthwork volumes, foundation positions, structure alignments, and surface grades before they become costly corrections or contractual disputes.

Earthwork volume tracking — cut, fill, and material stockpile quantities — is updated with each flight, giving quantity surveyors and project controllers an objective, auditable record that reduces disagreements between contractors and clients. The accumulated visual record also serves as an invaluable audit trail for regulators, insurers, and future owners: a time-stamped sequence of evidence that the work was completed as specified, at the right time, to the right standard.
